I came across Ric’s ad in the Georgia Straight, in October of 2011; I emailed him and soon received a response. Although I was very nervous, he answered all of my questions in patient and respectful manner.

It took me nearly 2 weeks and several emails to muster up the courage to meet him. When I arrived, he met me at the door with a big smile and a warm inviting hug.
